My favorite segment is "Worst Person in the World."
If "The Daily Show" is funny news for kids, "Countdown" is funny news for adults. |

Makes sense. Two fake newscasters doing the fake news with a liberal spin.
Craig Kilborn (original and best host of The Daily Show) and Olbermann used to work together as sportscasters at ESPN, then they both started fake news programs on cable. Only difference is.., Craigers didn't really believe he was a newsman. ssts |

Just read where Olbermann is doing one of his patented "Special Comments" tonight against Hillary. He's doing O'Reilly's work for him.
I'm really pissed off about this. He's been on the Hillary attack for several weeks now, but this just crosses a line for me.

Olberman has zero credibility with me anymore, after the unfair and unwarranted attacks on Hillary lately. Once again, Jon Stewart proves himself to be THE
MAN, with his uncanny ability to pick apart any candidate with finesse and humor. Olberman IS NOW exactly like O'Reilly: a loud mouth blowhard with an
agenda.

Keith Olbermann can suck on a diseased dick. I hate him now. He wants to villify Hillary for having an associate who said something mildly controversial, but
Barack Obama's pastor of two decades from whom he got the title of his autobiography can say "GOD DAMN AMERICA", and that's just okey-dokey.
How funny that he says Hillary is acting like a Republican by criticizing Obama's short time on the national scene. As if experience is something only Republicans should be concerned about. I am done with him and so many other progressive/liberal websites and columnists. |

My husband and I used to sit down and watch him together over dinner each night (we get the East Coast feed via satellite). But no more. I make him wear headphones so I don't have to hear it. Tonight in the "which of these stories....." opening segment, he mentions how Bush is playing the fear card again and how McCain's spiritual advisor is pretty much a racist -- formerly 2 big stories for ol' Keith. So what does he open with? How bad Hillary is and how McCain will kick her ass if she's nominated. Been going on for about 10 minutes now. Keith's program has been: Story #1: Hillary is evil. Story #2: (with political analyst) Don't you think Hillary is evil? Story #3: (with 2nd political analyst) What do you think about my thinking Hillary is evil? Don't you agree? Story #4: How will Hillary being evil impact the Democrats (with Rachel Maddow) LET'S PLAY ODDBALL!! Story #5: Isn't it funny how Hillary is evil but has no sense of humor? (with Paul F Tompkins). Crumple paper, throw at camera. (And thanks to those who think the same thing. I was wondering if I was being too sensitive. Nice to see I'm not as crazy as I thought.) |

Eh, I like them both. I am curious, though, to see how his show will be if Obama wins. Who will he skewer? Or will he even? Part of what I like about him
is his snark, so after today will be interesting.
Loved the Miss Precious Perfect part of SNL.
