Okay so this shitfest is on a marathon today and as I refuse to leave the house due to inclement weather it was this or the ATM show..
I chose this and I managed about 20 minutes before having a type of seizure. I would rather peruse craigslist personal perversions than watch one more minute. At least cock shots have some purpose. These people not so much. NONE of these women are hausfraus. In fact they are the primary breadwinners. They are stupid yet manage to make enough money to keep their shallow vapid children in BMWs and whatever else superficial shit that the Jones's have so they are not that stupid. But frankly not one of them actually work in industry, run massive corporations, are highly educated, articulate or interesting. Real Estate Agent/Mortgage Broker and Insurance Salesman are one rung above retail sales clerk and waitress. Bitch please. Their children are total morons and frankly they better learn how to say, "thank you for shopping today" or "would you like Fries with that" soon as they seem destined to some fairly mundane careers themselves. I really love rich ex-daddy driving up to Ruby's in a fucking Bentley. Shades of OJ in the drive thru McDonalds right before murdering his ex-wife. What a tool. His daughter may end up on the pole if she continues at that rate. That would be a step up from fry girl. Christ AMERICA we are in fucking trouble if this is the best and brightest from the wonderful State of California. At least this explains the Govenator. |

Typical Southern Californian's, they are all on 2nd,3rd marriages except Jeanna, but they might as well be divorced, they hardly live together.
These women are all in their forties but dress and party like college students. They all get boob jobs,botox and fake tans. They don't seem to realize or even care that they live a superficial life. I still watch. |

Okay, these people are obviously rich. I'm not an architect by any means but, wtf, all their houses look totally lame. Pseudo-architectural details, a mishmash of different influences that don't really go together, the dreaded white trims on the arches found in typical suburban houses. And they all look the same! Slade's house is especially UGLEH. Typical suburban trash.
The only house I actually like is Jeanna's. |

I watch this show because it's deliciously shallow. Are these women something I aspire to? Hell, no, but I doubt they'd have much of an audience if they had a show about a bunch of midwestern women wearing mom-jeans and clogs driving their mini-vans to work at the local bank.

I am surprised that Lauri and George haven't closed down more threads on the internet. Of course people would snark on them - they signed up for a reality show after all.
I wonder why Jeana has stayed married to Matt all these years. She is self-reliable. Jeana doesn't need his money. I know his head injury causes a lot of personality problems but it can't be the reason for all of his behavior. Maybe it can. |

I, too, used to read the RHOC thread on the other board, and I've gotta tell you, I miss reading that shit. Thankfully, those two (you know who) have no idea about this board. Furthermore, most of the regulars on the other board as well as the members from the BRAVO boards have flocked to F.O.R.T. The poor Admins sure have their hands full, but thankfully SUCKS hasn't been overthrown by the old members. I kind of like the small community of RHOC haters gathering here on this board. :0) |

For once I am grateful Sucks is below the radar... usually it annoys me when Twop gets mentioned somewhere, since we all know this is the superior forum, but if our low profile allows us to conitinue posting vitriol, then I'm pleased!
I have made it a point to avoid the show this seas, but watched a bit over breakfast this morning. OMG what a bunch of dull, useless and insipid group of people. Lately I've been questioning my purpose in life, and feeling bad about not being a more productive member of society, but after 30 minutes of this nonsense I'm feeling like Mother Theresa compared to these self obsessed dimwits! Can we ship them off to a combat zone or something, and give them a reason to be whiny bitches. |

I know that on the Bravo boards, things were getting really nasty, and folks were posting the Housewives addresses and phone numbers, and alleged "true stories!" by folks who allegedly knew the housewives IRL. Now, I'm not going to defend that practice. Snarkiness is one thing, but that was getting a little crazy.
However, typical for the thin-skinned Coto Crybabies, they not only went after the "bad" boards, but the ones like TWoP that are kept fairly in check. And even though folks were only posting their opinions of those shallow money-grubbing harpies (as is our right under the Constitution, last I checked) you get a lawyer to send a strongly-enough worded warning of blah blah di blah, and you can get folks to back down. Think about it, even though these boards were 100% within their rights to allow people to express their "opinions", the amount of money the boards would have to spend defending themselves against an onslaught of motions, filings, and whatnot ... well, it can suck up resources real fast.
