Case 06CC03742 - Civil case filed by Slade in 2006 against Michelle something-something. (I think that's his ex-wife. I feel that being married to him was punishment enough for anyone so I'm not gonna violate her privacy.) What's interesting is, even though Slade is the one that started this case against Michelle, it pretty quickly turned on him and all of the judgments are in her favor. Last update was 04/01/2008 "Acknowledgment of partial satisfaction of judgment filed by Michelle". Case 07SL03175 - Civil case filed by Wells Fargo filed in 2007 which is still on-going (last court date was 06/02/2009). No mention of how much he owes Wells Fargo. Case 07CL00893 - Civil case filed in 2007 by a law firm. They asked for a dismissal w/o prejudice (probably so they could refile). Case 07SL03959 - Civil case filed in 2007 by a law firm (same as above) for $12,326.38; last date for the case was 7/24/2008 when Slade sent them a payment of $15. Case 30-2008-00102114-CU-PO-CJC - Civil case filed by Michelle on 01/31/2008. Case 30-2008-00037529-CL-CL-HLH - Civil case filed by American Express / Centurion Bank on 01/08/2008. Ouch Plus he has a few minor traffic violations (speeding, failure to stop for a stop sign, no proof of current registration, making a u-turn) but nothing like Nugget's record.

I hope the new broad brings it, especially if she gives vicki and tamra a run for their money. I thought it was tacky of vicki to out jeanna for asking to borrow some money, it wasn't necessary to reveal that on the show. jeanna's leaving the show and she refused to loan her the money anyway, she could have just kept that to herself. icki even calls jeanna a toxic presence in the group and said she was glad she was leaving in an upcoming episode. I actually felt a little sorry for jeanna. I know, I'll get over it. tamra's marriage is definately on the skids. simon acts like he can't stand to be in the same room with her. Hell, he doesn't even try to hide his disgust and disdain for her. I'd love to ask simon, just exactly how much "class" did tamra have when you married her. I'll bet he's boinkin' some twenty year old. I could have done without the skydiving segment, thankfully vicki was too freaked out to muster up a WOO HOO, as hard as she tried. I think she had the hots for the instructor, she kept stroking her hair and making a lot of eye contact. gods, I can't stand her. She is def the most annoying twunt in hw history, bar none. lynne is as clueless as ever, but at least she's out there trying to hustle and peddle some jewelry and bathing suits. gretchen may be an out and out skank, but at least she's not backstabbing and vicious. tamra is just a jealous shrew. This just may turn out to be a pretty good season.

Get a job." That just cracks me up. Normally, I would sympathize but the bitch was sticking all that grotesque bling that Simon got her under everyone's fucking nose at the end of last season. "Lookie lookie lookie at ME!" Gag. You know the bitch whined non-stop 24x7 at Simon until he gave in and bought the crap just to shut her up which was an incredibly dumb move because there's no way him being a "tequila sales man" is bringing home the bacon like his old job did. So I'm gonna be glad to see everything blow up in her face. Glam, all that stuff is public information so you can dig it up too, if you like. Some of the larger municipalities (like Orange county) have their records available for viewing online. Places like Orange county are so large and so busy, making the records available online was done just to survive otherwise they be so busy just trying to fill requests for information, they'd never get anything else done even if they ran 24 hour shifts Monday to Sunday. And we're talking government here, so #1 you know those people aren't getting paid squat so they're reluctant to working and #2 there's no such thing as overtime with a government job. (I work in a quasi-government job and I thought that whole "lazy government worker" thing was a myth at first, now I'm a believer. Although, it's not laziness, it's because you don't feel any appreciation from management even if you were to do a fantastic job. Plus there's such thing as a bonus, with a government job. So why put in an "A" effort if "C" effort gets you the same results?) Anyway, got off track. Just Google the name of the county and "civil court" or "recorder of deeds", etc.. stuff like that. Not all counties have their records available online but where these bitches live, they do.

It looked like lynne's daughter. I guess they're getting evicted from their rental property. Anybody else see that? I guess face lifts and nose jobs come before rent in these people's world. Unless of course, the surgeries are being comped by the doctor that wants some free advertising and face time on tv.

I heard that rumor too months ago about lynne being evicted and getting a divorce, but I also heard a rumor that lynne and hubby's rental home tab was picked up by bravo for the first season. Looks like bravo has no problem exposing tamra and jeanna's financial difficulties this time around, but had no problem whatsoever picking up the tab and hiding the true story behind certain members of the atlanta cast until they could sum up and evaluate what kind of ratings bonanza the atl franchise were gonna generate. I see bravo throwing nene, kim and shebob under the bus big time in their next season. It's a real, 'I'll use you before you use me up', kind of scenario between the hw's and bravo. Personally, I'll put my money on bravo to come out on top every time.

At the start of this season's first episode, I was thinking, "You know, she's not all that bad. why is it I hate her so much?" It took all of five minutes to remind me what an awful cu.nt she is. Way to support your "friends" Vicki. Her behaviors only prove to me that everyone hates her, including her own family as she is just that awful. And Tamra, oh boy, is she awful as well. Simon must have realized how awful they came across last year (and Tamra has not, surprise surprise) and his attempts to improve how he and his family (especially his wife) come off on TV only make things worse. So funny! This will be one of the first times I enjoy watching a marriage fall apart. And Lynne, yikes, the first episode showcases her inability to make a good decision. (regarding her finances, her kids, her business, god, all around). Love Jeanna though and her hot son. Too bad she's leaving, but good luck to her.
