thought it was pretty good last nite & hope I can remember to tape it.

i havae to say it's funny how the lay preacher's wife is the one stirring the pot on the cooking schedule & he's too much of a wussy to put his foot down in his own house.

Michelle R-V may have issues with religion, but duh lady -- if you got on a boat and went through all that crap for real, you did it because you DID want to worship God. DH was quite eloquent last nite about her, "that atheist bitch would've been stoned in 1600". the Voorhees in general also show a couple who obviously take turns with the pants (i.e. the hubby gets them 1x/week if he's lucky).

as for the cooking schedule: I think that giving 1 woman off every 4th day was a viable schedule. I can't imagine how hard it is : if you basically make the meals in one house each day, you limit the workload.

Someone needed to tell Julie that she's playing the role of a SERVANT -- they could have basically told her she had to cook every day and she would have had no choice. arguing to be able to 'swap' her day off in case of rain was such crap.

i thought that the single woman should have stepped up a bit as far as helping the freemen out with food.

sad about the Wyer's family tragedy -- i can totally see how it affected everyone's attitude as far as letting the 21st century back into their minds.


ETA: Danny Tisdale turns me on -- can't say why, but i truly LOVED that he stated he is not an African American but an American of African descent.
