5. (6.85) Kucha Survivor: The Australian Outback 
Tribe History
They just don't make tribes like Kucha anymore. Despite how you may now feel about Elisabeth,Alicia,Jeff...at the time Kucha was THE love tribe. The two biggest moments of the season (Chickens/Fire) happened at Kucha. Even their most boring member (Nick) still had some witty quotes. So in conclusion, Kucha was awesome. 4. (6.90) Pagong Survivor: Borneo 
Tribe History
Just like Kucha, they don't make tribes like Pagong anymore. They were the first of many love tribes to end up losing to the viewer's dismay. They were fun and Colleen was America's sweetheart during that summer. It's a shame that Jenna was their representative on ASS. Everyone loves Colleen,Greg,Gervase,and Gretchen for the most part. 3 Tribes Remain...WHO WILL WIN? Okay top 3 is a bit much for Fei Long, but they were still good.
Disappointing to see Pagong go out. I was hoping they'd win. |

Over all, I can honestly say that this is a pretty good top 3. New Maraamu was a great love tribe and great underdogs. New Casaya was one of the most diverse
and crazy tribes ever. Fei Long had an entire tribe filled with big characters (except for Amanda and Aaron, really). I don't see the big deal about
Pagong.

3. (6.95) New Maraamu Survivor: Marquesas 
Tribe History
New Maraamu were the ultimate underdogs, They also had Gina and Kathy who are LOVED by the boards. Even Sarah came up looking nice on this tribe. And of course New Rotu was seen as arrogant, so you wanted NM to win. 2. (7.50) Fei Long Survivor: China 
Tribe History
Thought I do think they are a little too high, Fei Long really deserves praise. They were far more entertaining and complex then Zhan Hu. And after two very mediocre seasons it was great to see superfans (Amanda,Todd,Leslie) and people that although could be labeled as mactors actually delivering entertainment (Courtney and Jean Robert). James is also probably one of the greatest edited heroes on the show. They only lost because another tribe is even more awesome... CONGRATULATIONS TO THE #1 TRIBE... 1. (7.83) New Casaya Survivor: Panama

They deserve it. New Casaya was incredibly entertaining. New La Mina was watching paint drying... New Casaya was watching a group of comedians. They knew that even if they didn't get along, they still had to win. Cirie & Shane were enormously entertaining. They would end up dominating the merge leading to one of the most entertaining post ASS seasons. They were crazy. And we loved it. |

New Maraamu and Kucha finished way too high, but they didn't win, so at least there's that. Fei Long got a bit of an artificial boost from the
"recent season" phenomenon, but they really were a great tribe. And, of course, New Casaya was fantastic, so I'm not surprised they won, though
I'd argue they're not truly the best tribe ever.

I love your Top 5 and I agree. Those tribes probably are the most likeable and memorable tribes in the history of Survivor.
