Actually those L.A. riots in 1992 had parallel consequences in many U.S. cities, and also on Yonge St. and Bay St. in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, which required a large number of off duty cops and neighboring forces to assist. Peel Regional, Provincial cops and Durham all had to be called in. Rioters started attacking civilians, and trashing the financial core. The worst violence since the fascists/leftists went to battle in Toronto the 1930s and early 1940s. Similar damage at the G8/G20 summit last year and greater than the annual Canadian National Exhibition closing riots by mostly Jamaican gangs in the 1990s. The Jamaican shit disturbers incited riots the same day in 1992, claiming Toronto cops were just as bad as the LAPD when dealing with blacks.

Have you ever tried to cuff a violent drunk or drug user? You know shit until you do. I've seen 5 or 6 cops unable to get a guys arms close enough together to cuff them. You know how you do it? You ram a cherry or hickory PR-24 as hard as you can into muscle so you can shock the suspect.... with substance abusers that does work as well.

Rodney was no midget. I seem to recall he was around 6'4" and 230+ lbs.
