OOt, I can admire her determination and stamina, but if you check, there is absolutely at any time that I ever said I liked Amber. In fact, I recall getting some serious flack from you in another thread and I said I would put a kibosh on that(Amber dissing) outside of the sucks forum, which I did.
This is a Romber hate thread. I don't hate Romber, but I don't love Amber. Where is the problem? I support Romber, b/c I hope Rob finally wins-he deserves to. You won't get me to loving Amber tho. |

Know what I find interesting...Rob always was a royal asshole to his fellow castaways...and afterwards, he always back pedaled and apologized for his behavior and for hurting friends...and blah blah blah all that bullshit.
I think once and for all, TAR 7 will just prove that Rob is an asshole and talks out said asshole...And than Amber is really just a little spoiled bitch. |

I would have thought CBS got enough flak for casting Alison and Donny that they wouldn't be stupid enough to cast Romber...
Honestly, since I had to deal with Alison on my screen I've lost alot of my love for TAR. I peetered out midway through last season, but still managed to root for CHip and Kim and watch them win. But this season, I've just sort of lost hope. Now that I see they've again resorted to B-listers, I might not tune in at all. CBS is playing too much into the casual viewer (those who probably rooted for Romber during ASS) that they're pushing the loyal fans away. The casual viewers will stick around for a season or two then be gone and they will be left with nothing. They've definitely jumped the great white this time. |

I like Marquesas Rob... I disliked ASS Rob so I'm assuming he'll be the same way in TAR7.
Reserve a spot in the hate club for me I might join after seeing the show.

I dunno Cassai. You didn't like Alison & Donny, but they were the second team eliminated. The rest of that season must have been good for you. Every season has teams that we cheer for, plus teams that we cheer against. Sometimes the good guys win, sometimes the bad guys win. To give up on a season based on a 3-minute preview seems like "giving up easily" to me, especially since you call yourself a "loyal fan".

Well I considered myself a loyal fan since I've watch every episode since season one and taped those that I would miss - but that's my definition of loyal.
And my real point is that they are playing to the casual viewer. Sort of like too much saturation. Much like how there are 50 versions of CSI, which is now beginning to get on people's nerves :p |
