Guess the backward thing was a toughie. The backward Rotu flag was correct. Also, at the merge summit, Rob and Kathy started shaking hands with their right hands, then it suddenly flipped for a second and they were shaking with their left (and the "Coors" on Rob's beer can, or whatever brand it was, was reversed). There was also a scene with Pascal and Neleh walking where her mole flipped from one side of her face to the other, and back again. Also, in the first episode, one shot during the Immunity Challenge was out of order, but that wasn't one of the three I was looking for just cuz I don't recall the specifics :)
