I like when shows reward contestants for standing up for themselves, rather than letting the judges rip them to shreds.

I didn't watch all of last season but this seems more focused on decorating. And if Carlos bakery is anything like any other bakery, there are bakers and there are decorators with decidedly different job descriptions. Anyway the "baker's challenge" was about decorating a cake and I was shocked none of those people could make a buttercream rose. That's decorating 101.

The cakes of the sisters were HILARIOUS. Omg I died laughing at how bad Grace's cake was. The reaction of the sisters totally is what sent it over the edge. I fucking love that Goddess Mary and she should take over Buddy's job plz. Her commentary was stellar <3. Minerva saving herself <3. Such a goddess but she's totally done for I also like the Megress. Her shouting during the challenge and judging was funny. I hope they keep her around for some more team challenge drama and meltdowns. Oh, and I guess I like blonde Heather and Ryan. Everyone else is kind of irrelevant or too competent for my liking (though the only competent ones are like Jasmine and Carmello).
