But I hate when some of them have an extra $2 million laying around to buy a beach vacation house that they're only going to visit twice a year. Mainly because I will never have and extra $2 million to buy a beach house. I've also been watching Selling Spelling Manor.

Let's discuss here. I don't usually watch any of the Kitchen shows. They get redundant. ...and I don't like Property Virgins anymore (I would boink Sandra Rinomato, tho). I like a show with a payoff... 'Here we are six months later', type of thing. I kind of get a kick out of the snooty Kleins and some of the other lofty agents on Selling LA & NY. How about that Jody Gilmour on For Rent? First Canadian I've ever seen with a Valley Girl accent. I was pretty impressed with Vanilla Ice's house flipping show, too. They repeat most of these shows so it is easy to catch them all.

I watched one where a couple of Americans were looking for an apartment in South Korea. They had both taken teaching jobs there i believe and their enthusiasm at beginning an a great adventure shined through.

It's all drama then in the last minute "GUESS WHAT? You bought a house" topped off with a little lesson from Sandra. She is fantastic though. I know she's working on a new show about helping single women buy a home. I love For Rent & Rental Income as well. Property Brothers is not bad, but it should only be 30 minutes.

Like Mr Max 34 above, only one I watch is House Hunters International, except for the island vacation homes. I checked out My House, Your Money and think it is the worst one yet. I've watched four episodes. Other than the hot doctor, the rest of the ones I've seen have been filled with ungrateful, horrible people - parents and kids. I'm done after seeing one this week with this girlfriend who wanted her boyfriend out of his parent's house ... she was this terrible wannabe cool shrew.

I also watch one called Urban Suburban. Once the TV is on the HGTV station it's hard to change it Sometimes I have the same problem with the Food channel.

They supposedly go through more than three homes, and view a lot more than that. A friend of mine was the realtor in one episode. They also tend to seek out people who are near the end of their search. I only like HHI, now. The original House Hunters has worn out irs welcome for me. See one tract home for an obnoxious family of five, horrifyingly decorated, and I've seen them all.

I watch a lot of HH with my mom & we always crack up about the bitches who need "entertainment" space. Usually that means a separate dining room so they can put a leaf in their tacky dining room table once a year for Thanksgiving. I'm not going to base the biggest purchase of my life on what I can do in it one fucking day a year. And what's the fucking huge deal with granite & stainless? Stainless scratches like a sumbitch. Then there's the asshole manly men who can't buy certain homes cause they can't "grill". Or they walk through the homes knocking on the walls like they're kicking tires on a used car. Or they flop down on furniture that's used to stage a home like it's theirs already. Also I find it hilarious that most of the women looking at houses slink from room to room with their one hand flat on their thigh all posey-posey. Pay attention & you'll see what I mean. I could go on all day about these shows. I just love them.

Love the guys, both their looks and personalities, but they are so trading off their hotness to get and keep this show. They do some pretty bad designs and even some shoddy construction. I'd hate to see Mike Holmes go in after one of their jobs.
