Two weeks after the movie comes out, we get the final book. My gf has agreed to let me read it first.

i can't get youtube at work.. is that the international trailer?
looks MUCH more exciting than the clips they had last month. Oh, and mugglenet is advertising that this will be showing at IMAX.. and the MOM battle will be in 3-d. |

I usually hate the movies, but they've done a really good job with Voldemort this time. He's creepy as fuck in the recent trailers.

I'm thinking of re-reading HP&OotP for the 4th time. Should I do this, or should I just walk in to the movie theater on July 13 with forgotten details about the book? |

Don't read the book before the movie. I'd take the time to re-read the 6th book before the new book comes out, but I avoid reading the book before the movie. I used to do that and then I would watch the movie and be mad because they left good parts out or changed things all together. You'll enjoy the movie a lot more if you can't remember every detail of the book.

I'm going to read the 6th book before the last book comes out. I'll need to start reading soon to make sure I finish. I don't get through the books as quickly as I do the 1st time around. I finished book 6 in about 5 days, but I'll just be reading it at my lesiure this time.
