I knew Maria was going to stay around a bit longer just because she has entertainment value, but it seems like whenever he questions if someone has the business skills to continue he just fires them regardless on if they actually had anything to do with the lose of the task. How the hell token black kid pulled out a win is beyond me, I want him gone.

She performed around the same level as Alice, except she didn't flop as PM yet. LS was never going to fire Maria (<3) so Alice screwed herself by not bringing in the other two guys instead. I love how the token black kid & token gay kid are coasting through this competition despite being totally useless in every task. Patrick's only contribution this week is eating a few fancy cakes at some tea shop.

Did anyone notice that only Karen was present for the actual EVENT for the Tea Task on day two last week? Nick was no where to be seen, other than scarfing down a sandwich on the first day of the task. It's hard for them to make rational decisions when they're not actually present for the entire task.

It's telling his highest point in the whole competition was wearing a mascot outfit. And a rather creepy mascot outfit whose name was a letter off from "splooge" at that. Seriously, how did Ashleigh and Andrew think getting kids covered in paint was a good idea? No parent was EVER going put their kids through that as the washing up would have been hell. I will give credit to Ashleigh for not bringing Lucy in for actually being right. Nav completely overlooked the figures but won on concept. However, this is a black mark against her despite her win. She's good at presenting and organizing her team but not so good on the basis of actual business and finances, which Ashleigh is good at despite her terrible concept.

Andrew surviving that atrocious OTTNN breakout episode. - Spends the audition rounds ogling at hot guys, getting them to lift up their shirts and making bitchy gossip with Steven <3 - Smacks down Navdeep at various points in the episode <3 Nav: Lucy and I have the same vision so we should direct the advert together :) Andrew: If you have the same vision, then only one person is needed to do the job, yeah? Nav: - Randomly freaks out that the model put on too much gel in a hair gel advert <3 - Randomly adds a piece of toilet paper at the end of his commercial <3 - Gets defeated by his archenemy Maria and her tacky obnoxious ad <3 - Betrays his BFF Steven at the first opportunity in the board room <3 Which led to the two of them exchanging jibes like a pair of catty backbiting bitches <3 Andrew: I don't think he was anything special. Steven: Um, I'm not here to be your special person. Andrew: Um, I never said you were. - His devious little smile after Navdeep and Steven called him out on his blatant boardroom lies <3 - Turns on the waterworks every time he's on the verge of getting fired <3 - And then he miraculously survives despite being 100% responsible for the failure of the task <3 What a little shit. I hope he wins.
